A world of hyper-personalized learning where educational barriers are minimized and educational accelerants are optimized.

Mission

Our mission is to democratize accelerated learning, cultivate growth mindsets, and design sandboxes for rapid, deliberate practice using next-gen technologies.

The following is what we aim to accomplish within the EdTech Club.

  1. To create a space to discuss opportunities where technology can massively democratize access to education.

  2. To engage the Hult community to generate open-courseware learning content that is uniquely advantageous to the Hult international experience that can also be used as marketing collateral for incoming Hult students to glean an idea of the Hult studying experience.

  3. To provide a safe venue for English-as-a-second-language speakers to practice their speaking skills after school.

  4. To leverage and maximize existing tooling afforded to Hult students (e.g. Office 365) and collaborating with school departments for an integrated learning.

  5. To collect the student's learning experience for market, user, and product research.

Principles

  • Learners can accelerate when the environment is conducive to learning.

  • Psychological safety is a critical prerequisite to conducive learning environments.

  • As much as possible, education should be made free. Acceleration should be paid.

  • Patience and empathy are essential to learn with peers.

  • Intellectual humility means knowing what you know and communicating what you don't know.

  • Concepts and ideas are not black and white. Explore nuance and complexity.

  • Be honest. Be curious. Be respectful.
