Goals for 2024

Total Library content generated

10 primary courses covered (see list below) and 50 total pages in GitBook.

We selected fundamental business school courses whose content will not change anytime soon within the near future, and we design our resource materials to be readable within 3-5 minutes to have an easy, clear summary of the topics.

Top priority courses

  • Introduction to R, SQL

  • Data Analysis on Excel

  • Statistics

  • Economics

Standard priority courses

  • Accounting

  • Finance

  • Marketing

  • Operations

  • High Performance Teams

  • Accessible Education: Video recording & GitBook

Total Library traffic generated

We measure the impact of our page by measuring how many impressions, unique users, and total engagement time the library (and our video content) has produced.

  • 2000 page views.

  • 150 unique users.

  • 20%: Target average engagement time of video content.

Total application usage / engagement of EdTech Platform

  • 1 training sandbox proof-of-concept.

  • 50 total unique users.

  • 20 collected feedback.

Total publications

10 external (publications) on the 10 primary courses.

Total research publications

5 research publications:

  1. Independent research: what metrics to use for measuring student experience?

Goals for 2027

Student Experience

  • The Library acts as one portal for incoming and existing Hult International School students to find contextually relevant information about their venture into their student life- ranging from academics, to integrating with the Hult studying ecosystem, to the best lessons and learnings from the different campuses.

  • The club has quantifiably reduced the time-to-transition for students (research, data collection) by measuring the quality of student experience throughout the school.

    • 2024: data collection specificiations set.

    • 2025: first initial data collection.

    • 2026: second data collection; comparative analysis with 2025.

    • 2027: measurable optimization of student experience.

Learning

  • Communication and learning protocols/expectations are made available in the library for use by learners to quickly establish preferences when giving and receiving feedback on learning a new topic.

    • 2024: 3 communication and learning protocols.

    • 2025: 5 communication and learning protocols; internationalized.

    • 2026: 8 communication and learning protocols; and a map for selection.

    • 2027: infographics and wide adoption of communication and learning protocols.

Technology

  • The Platform provides ten (10) digital training sandboxes to rapidly practice skills.

    • 2024: 1 training sandbox proof-of-concept

    • 2025: 3 training sandboxes (operational ).

    • 2026: 6 training sandboxes.

    • 2027: 10 training sandboxes.

Language Learning

  • The Community promotes a culture of inclusion, learning, and safety but challenging and encouraging environment for learning new languages.
