Darren's preferred learning stack

Here are some technologies I highly recommend that students familiarize themselves with to maximize productivity and collaboration:

Collaboration

  1. Excalidraw - for initial draft documentation, brainstorming, collaborative note-taking (not searchable text, general not precise, but visually easier to understand)

  2. Microsoft Word - Shared via hult one drive, for collaboration on note-taking, direct and indirect research, citations and references (searchable text, specific and precise)

  3. Microsoft Presentation - Shared via hult one drive, for collaboration on presentation slides, recording, etc.

School work

These are some technologies I use for school work:

  1. Capcut - Video editing, copyright free audio background music

  2. Pexels.com - free stock photos and stock videos

  3. YouTube - public, free video hosting

  4. EdTech Library - shared note-taking for MBA students

  5. Chatbots - GPT4, Claude

  6. VSCode - for programming, data processing, writing R or Python code
